Which courses offer distance learning or Online?


As a teaching-intensive University, we love to support our students as much as possible on campus and through blended learning, enabling you to utilise facilities, in-person support, and access the range of support services available for the University of Bolton students.

The distance learning/online courses available are:

Full-time

Part-time 

Research Courses - Online

Research degrees offer you the opportunity to develop and demonstrate your ability to undertake research into an area of personal or professional interest.

These can be studied part-time or full-time. Online Doctorates include:

  • Doctor of Philosophy Opposition Studies
  • Professional Doctorate in Health and Social Care
  • Professional Doctorate in Educational Leadership
