When should I apply for student finance?

Applying for Student Finance early is crucial to prevent any funding delays. New, full-time undergraduate students can begin applications in late February or early March.  We would advise any student who meets the above criteria to apply as soon as it opens.

You do not need to have a conditional or unconditional offer in order to apply. Simply apply for your first choice university and course; you can update these details later by contacting Student Finance if necessary.
