What support is available for me if I am suffering from anxiety?
Many student throughout the UK suffer from anxiety and without help this can impact on your learning. Here at the University of Bolton we take mental health very seriously and have lots of different support pathways for people who would like some help or support. The University of Bolton have lots of services where you can get advice, both interactively (through the video below), through our Student Union or our Student Support Team.
You can alternatively speak to your course leaders and tutors if you are struggling. Course emails can be found at the bottom of your course page in the subject areas.
