What support is available?
The Life Lounge is a service that the University offers to support the mental health of our students and staff members, located on T2, Eagle Tower in the Chancellor's Building. It brings together mental health and wellbeing services, including:
• Counselling
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Wellbeing Advisors
• Mental Health Advisors
Initially, you might seek support from our Wellbeing Co-Ordinator or Wellbeing Advisor. They can give support and advice on a wide range of issues and arrange appointments for other specialist services. This includes accessing our Counsellors, CBT therapists, and Mental Health Advisors.
