What happens if I have booked my ticket(s) to attend my Ceremony but do not attend on the day and didn’t advise the Graduations Team beforehand?
If you are not present at your ceremony, your name will still appear in the Graduation programme. Your two guest tickets will automatically be allocated to any students whose two guests were on the waiting list for tickets. No refunds will be issued to non-attendees.
