If they know the specific staff member
If someone knows the staff members full name then you can go onto the University of Greater Manchester website and click on "staff" in the top menu then go into "staff search". Here you can search their name and find their email address for the student enquiring.
If they aren't in the staff search database you find them in the email contacts search or will need to take a message and pass it onto the staff member.
"Yes. Their email address is... . (If they ask for a number instead) Yes, their number is... (If they are a teaching staff member). Teaching staff may not be available at their desks so their office numbers are often unavailable. But they will reply to emails promptly. Is there anything else I can help you with?"
If they are just asking for the generic course leader
Go onto the UoGM website and in site search look for the course they are wanting the course leader for. Click on the page and scroll right down to the bottom under "course contacts" and the leads email address should be there. Same response as above when you have found the email.
