My course has started but I have not received enrolment information yet, what should I do?

Enrolment information is typically sent out several weeks before your course starts, however, this can sometimes be delayed due to several circumstances, for example:
  • The Admissions Team are awaiting documents that confirm you meet the entry and admissions requirements
  • You are studying on an off-campus course that requires confirmation from one of our Partners
  • Your course has a non-standard course date
  • You have applied late in the cycle such as in Clearing
  • The Admissions Team have not been informed that you are resuming suspended studies
You can find out more about our application and admissions processes on our admissions page. Alternatively, you can call the Admissions team on 01204 903 394 or email admissions@bolton.ac.uk.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.
