Enrolment

My course has started but I have not received enrolment information yet, what should I do?

Enrolment information is typically sent out several weeks before your course starts, however, this can sometimes be delayed due to several circumstances, for example:
  • The Admissions Team is awaiting documents that confirm you meet the entry and admissions requirements
  • You are studying on an off-campus course that requires confirmation from one of our Partners
  • Your course has a non-standard course date
  • You have applied late in the cycle such as in Clearing
  • The Admissions Team has not been informed that you are resuming suspended studies
