I've booked a place at an Open Event but haven't received any information?

Typically you will receive an email to confirm you have booked a place 10-15 minutes after you have booked. If you have received this but no further information then please wait until a week before the event. If you need information before this then please contact the team at opendays@bolton.ac.uk. 

If it is less than a week before your event, or you haven't received anything at all, please contact opendays@bolton.ac.uk or call 01204 903 807 and we can check your booking.

It is also worth checking your email junk folder as occasionally emails can be there.
