I'm feeling very stressed. What support is there for this at Bolton University?
Being at University can be an exciting and challenging time in life. But it can also bring with it stress resulting from a variety of sources such as dealing with new situations; juggling work, study, and family life; academic pressures, etc. We have a range of support available from interactive video guides to support at our student and careers services hub or Student Centre.
Please explore the Help Centre for Life Lounge or contact the Life Lounge at lifelounge@bolton.ac.uk for guidance.
