Booking and Tickets

I have booked my tickets but cannot attend my graduation ceremony anymore, what should I do?

In the first instance, we would advise you to email the graduation team at letting us know the circumstances of why you cannot attend your specific ceremony.  Depending on your circumstances, we may be able to accommodate you and your guests on another ceremony/day.  This will be subject to availability and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
