I can't log into my application

Usually, this happens if you have previously made an application to the University of Bolton with the same e-mail address or registration details.

Firstly, try resetting your password via the 'forgotten password' link. You can find it by going to the course page you would like to apply, scrolling to the 'How to Apply' tab, then selecting the link within the location. The forgotten password link will be underneath the username and password log-in of the application. Please ensure to try your previous emails if you used them for your application.

If you are still having trouble, please email the Admissions Team at admissions@bolton.ac.uk and an Admissions Officer will advise you.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.
