How often will I get time to speak or have tutorials with my Games lecturers?

We encourage you to speak to your tutors during practical sessions each week, and offer many tutorials throughout the modules, including reviews at key dates where you are at developing stages or have longer or multiple briefs you need to work on.

All of your lectures, both on-campus and remotely will be taught by your tutors. You can speak to them during class times, contact them by e-mail or via Discord on our dedicated Games Art, Games Design, and Games Programming servers. We also have a staff room with an open-door policy. No need to book appointment times, just knock on and a member of staff will be happy to help!

If you have any other enquiries relating to this you can contact the Games Team to discuss, their contact details can be found at the bottom of the specific course page by searching the Games subject area.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.

At the University of Bolton, we understand our students have different requirements and we pride ourselves on the positive and supportive learning environment we provide.
