Early Years and Childhood Studies

How many days of the week would I have lectures for Early Years and Childhood Studies?

Early Years and Childhood Studies courses typically have lectures or practical workshops 3 days per week on the full-time courses, part-time courses are 1 - 2 days per week, depending on the time of year and general schedule. In the remaining time you will be expected to develop your projects and coursework independently, or in groups where applicable. You will be updated about the schedule in your programme handbook, or can contact a tutor for these details.

If you have any other enquiries relating to this you can contact the Early Years and Childhood Studies Team to discuss, their contact details can be found at the bottom of the specific course page by searching the Early Years and Childhood Studies subject area.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.
