How do I provide feedback about the service?
We have iPad terminals in the Student Centre, Life Lounge, Library, Sport Centre and Main Reception where you can provide feedback on the service you have received. Alternatively, you can come to speak with us in person, or simply email your feedback to studentadvisors@bolton.ac.uk. Alternatively, you may be invited to give feedback by completing an online survey.
Feedback is kept confidential and is reviewed so we can continuously improve the service we provide to our students.
