Would I need to buy any specific materials or equipment for my Sports Rehabilitation course?

Learning materials such as anatomy or physiology learning software, anatomical models, exercise and therapeutic equipment and consumables (such as sports tape or laboratory testing kits) are provided to support module teaching. If you wish to explore more equipment and materials as part of your learning development we would encourage you to do so wherever possible.

There is a branded sports kit available for purchase. It is not mandatory that students buy all items of kit (e.g. hoodie, t-shirt, shorts, track pants, rainjacket etc.), however, it is recommended that at least a polo t-shirt is purchased for clinical placements in order to look professional and representative of the University.

If you have any other enquiries relating to this you can contact the Sport Rehabilitation Team to discuss, their contact details can be found at the bottom of the specific course page by searching the Sport Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy subject area.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.
