Business Management

What types of assessments will I have in Business Management courses?

BSc (Hons) Business Management courses do have a variety of assessment types. You will be expected to write essays, reports, deliver presentations, virtual learning activities, innovative assessments designed to hone your business leadership and management skills, peer negotiations, debate, exams, or summarise key topics in poster presentations. All elements of the course will include independent learning and taught elements, so there will be a combination of lectures, workshops, and tutorials to review your work and how you are implementing your theoretical knowledge into practice.

If you have any other enquiries relating to this you can contact the BSc (Hons) Business Management Team to discuss, their contact details can be found at the bottom of the specific course page by searching the Institute of Management subject area.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.
