Nursing and Midwifery

What are the lectures structured like in terms of practical and written assignments/assessments for Nursing and Midwifery?

The Nursing and Midwifery courses use different types of assessments including written assignments, presentations, exams and objective structured clinical examinations (OSCE'S). These may be conducted in class, on work placements, lectures, or via blended learning tools. All aspects will require independent learning and taught elements.

If you have any other enquiries relating to this you can contact the Nursing and Midwifery Team to discuss, their contact details can be found at the bottom of the specific course page by searching the Nursing and Midwifery subject area.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.
