My ID card doesn't work on the car park/Library scanners, what can I do?

There are a number of possible reasons for this, you should contact the Student Advisors to help resolve the issue. You can do so by visiting the Student Centre in Chancellors Building or emailing studentadvisors@bolton.ac.uk.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.
