Media and Photography

What is required in my portfolio for Media and Photography?

For Media and Photography, we typically expect to see a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and a good artistic eye with regards to recent photographs and/or similar evidence such as creative works (drawing, painting, sculpture, graphics art etc.) 20 images maximum and present as a PowerPoint or PDF. Add details about what the work represents, why it was shot, influences with no more than 30 words per image, add social media and website links if you wish.

If you have any other enquiries relating to this you can contact the Media and Photography Team to discuss, their contact details can be found at the bottom of the specific course page by searching the Media and Photography subject area.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.
