I'm booked onto a Virtual Open Day, how do I connect?
Once you have booked your place you will receive an acknowledgment email to confirm your booking. The day before the Virtual Open Day you will be sent the event login details to allow you to join the presentations. We will also provide information about the online chat services we offer with our academic and support staff.
Please see our Open Day pages for updates and further information about these events here. If you have any problems please call us on 01204 903 807 or email opendays@bolton.ac.uk and we will help to confirm your booking details.
You can also chat to our staff directly every Wednesday from 2pm - 4pm and periodically throughout the working week.
