I deferred from last year’s Alternative Graduation and have not received any notifications?

Firstly, you must ensure that you followed the University policy regarding graduation deferrals. All deferral requests should have been submitted via email to: describing the exceptional circumstances as to why you could not attend your Graduation Ceremony in July 2022.

All deferral requests received, were considered last year on an individual basis. Where a deferral request was reviewed and approved by the Executive Management team, the student record was updated to indicate as such, and you should receive your invitation to book your attendance at myGraduation 2023.

If you believe that you followed the above process and submitted your email of exceptional circumstances and have still heard nothing from us, please contact and please ensure to attach a copy of your 2022 deferral request email, along with your Student ID number and your full name.
