Sports Development and Coaching

How many UCAS points are required for Sport Development and Coaching courses?

Sports Development and Coaching courses require 96 UCAS points for the 3-year degree programme, your Level 3 subjects should preferably include physical education or a related sport, health or sociology subject; for instance, A-level PE or BTEC Extended Diploma in Sport, and GCSE Physical Education and/or science would be beneficial but not essential.

You’ll be expected to provide an enhanced DBS, if successful at application.

If you have any other enquiries relating to this you can contact the Sports Development and Coaching Team to discuss, their contact details can be found at the bottom of the specific course page by searching the Sports Development and Coaching subject area.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.
