How do I make an official complaint about a member of staff/service/School?

Student Services or the Students’ Union can advise you on the procedure for making a complaint, either informal or formal, and whether other complaints procedures are more appropriate.

Please see our student complaint policy page visit the Student Centre, email advisors on studentadvisors@bolton.ac.uk or drop-in to the Students Union if you would like to discuss this.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.
