Life Lounge

How do I access support services?

Whether it's through our online resource or in person, there is always somewhere you can go to access free information, advice, and guidance about our Life Lounge.

If you'd like general information, please call into the Life Lounge or contact the Wellbeing Advisor on 01204 903 655 or via email at lifelounge@bolton.ac.uk.

If you would like to arrange an appointment to talk about your wellbeing or mental health, please complete a Life Lounge registration form and one of the team will be in touch to book an appointment. Please visit our registration form.

You can also chat with our staff directly every Wednesday from 2 pm - 4 pm and periodically throughout the working week.

Alternatively, chat with our current students who will be able to share this information with you and any other course-related queries.

Or book onto one of our Open Days or Course Advice Days to find out more and speak with the team.

We are proud to have developed an online mental health and wellbeing resource that you can access 24/7. It includes helpful advice and guidance about mental health and wellbeing, as well as self-help guides and much more. You can access the online resource here. Find out how to access the Life Lounge services here.

Staff and advisors are also available during working hours if you require further information or signposting for services, visit our ask us page. Alternatively, please contact a Wellbeing Advisor on 01204 903 655 or email lifelounge@bolton.ac.uk.

At the University of Bolton there is nothing more important to us than our students' happiness, satisfaction, and welfare.
